Splash page needed for automotive site $75.00 - Urgent!!!

Im getting ready to launch one of my new sites and i need a intro/splash design created.

Prize is $75.00<r both sides and a footer area. This means that you can create a couple base templates and just change some colors and the header to create a new template.

The Contest:

If you look at this link you will see a very plain looking web site: http://digisoftmarketing.com/ This is our new business web site. The contest is for someone to create a new look for the site with a nice looking header graphic and logo. We would prefer the layout to be header on top (of course) main content area, menu on the left side with room for product graphics, and footer area.

Also, if you are able to make product graphics like ebook covers and software box images, please show me some examples of your past work. If we like what we see it could lead to more work for you.

The template should be easy to read with a professional look and feel. I would like to see a nice shade of blue used, a deep rich blue like a cobalt blue, like this: http://www.blingh2o.com/store/images/cobaltBlue750.jpg The site is going to be used for selling software for internet marketing and also for teaching people how to make money online, so keep that in mind when designing the graphics.
