I have an existing minisite design template, and I need a graphical optin box/squeeze page design.
The header/footer/layout is here:

So, I need an attention-grabbing optin-box which will be positioned directly underneath the header graphic, on the right hand side of the page.
The graphic must include this image:
http://www.404defender.com/images/binder.jpg
...and should have space for the usual "Claim Your Free Report" style headline.
Obviously it needs to be wide enough to fit in a name and email form.
You can use arrows, or anything else which will grab the eyeballs of any visitor.
The optin box should compliment and blend with the existing design/color scheme.
There's a $40 prize for this one, and will keep the competition open for 48 hours. The winning design must also be delivered as a psd with any fonts included.
If you have any questions, please post! I'm eager for this to be a great design, so don't be afraid to ask.
