I own the site www.ofear.com. It's a Phobia support site and forum.

I'm after a new header and template for my site and a script written to enable phobia submissions and a rating system. I would like to start of by finding a suitable candidate by holding this header competition. The winner will then complete the template and script and get $150 for the whole thing.

My current header was designed by a friend who isn't a professional and I'm looking for a design that is very similar to my existing one but very professional, high quality and a glossy look. I want the layout, size, fonts and colours to be left the same but give it the professional feel.
