The Star Happy 50 malaysia Contest

1 Eligibility
This contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 12 years and above, except employees of Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad and its subsidiary companies, and immediate family members of such employees.

2. Submission of entries and qualifying criteria:

To qualify, all entries must be:
- submitted using only the original entry form published in The Star.
- legible, and completed in full with the required answer to the weekly question and personal particulars.
- assembled correctly and pasted on a postcard or manila card as specified.
- received before the closing date of the contest.
- mailed / posted via post offices to the address stated in the entry form or dropped into the contest boxes located at Menara Star (Petaling Jaya),
Star Media Hub (Shah Alam), Star Northern Hub (Penang), and Ikano Power Centre information counter (ground floor) in Petaling Jaya. Couriered entries and entries in any other postage form (eg. in envelopes) will be disqualified.

3. Duration
The contest will run for ten (10) consecutive weeks beginning 14th May 2007 and ending 22nd July 2007. The Grand Finale will be held on 30th August 2007.

4. Prizes

1st prize : Gamuda Land double-storey 20′x75′ terrace end lot house with 1,826 sq ft extra land and
free Botanic Resort Club membership, and partly furnished by IKEA and Samsung, worth a total of RM600,000.

2nd Prize : Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0 GLX

3rd Prize : Suzuki Swift 1.5A/T

4th prize : Suzuki APV 1.6 GLX (A)

5th prize : KEA vouchers worth RM10,000 +
Samsung home theatre system
worth RM10,000

6th to 20th prize : IKEA vouchers worth RM3,500 +
Samsung audio visual products
worth RM3,500

21st to 50th prize : IKEA vouchers worth RM2,000 +
Samsung mobile phones &
audio visual products worth RM2,000

The weekly RM10,000 cash prize will qualify for the Grand Finale on 30 August 2007.

Contest Rules and Regulations
By participating in this contest, Contestants agree to be bound by the contest Rules and Regulations, and all decisions made by the Organiser.
